Module 2 Vocal techniques and song writing
In the second module NaakMusiQ takes a look at the melodic and lyrical structure of the Shimza song, while Ryan explores all the concepts behind verses, bridges and choruses. At the end of the module, students will download 2 sets of vocal stems and a project with audio stems and begin their own exploration
Module 3 Vocal recording
Module 3 is where things get serious on the NaakMusiQ Course. Naak and Nathi are in the studio recording the verse and lyrics while explaining his song structure, and recording techniques in detail. We address tracking, layering, recording levels and basic signal flow concepts, and while Naak continues to press forward to finish the idea for the Shimza track, Ryan opens up a new world of vocal tuning, reharmonization, editing, gain structure and processing concepts.
Module 4 Vocal editing and processing
In Module 4 Nathi gpes into the vocal tracking, layering, and effects. He talks routing and creating vocal processing chains in FL studio, and Ryan introduces more technical knowledge on vocal mixing and production.
