6.2 User-Generated Content

Any content you submit during your participation in the course, such as assignments or discussion posts, grants Soul Candi Institute of Music a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, modify, and display the content.

10. License Key Terms and Conditions

1. License Key Terms: Upon purchasing an Ableton Live 12 License key as part of your course enrollment, you receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the software in accordance with the licensing terms set forth by Ableton. This license is solely for your personal use and may not be transferred, shared, or resold.

2. Payment Plan Agreement: If you choose to utilize our payment plan for the purchase of the Ableton Live 12 License key, please be advised that timely payments are essential. In the event that a scheduled payment is missed, your license key will be temporarily deactivated until the outstanding payment is received. Reactivation of the key will occur upon confirmation of the payment.
