Ryan has headed up the SCIM team for almost 2 decades, having personally lectured over 1500 students and trained some of the world’s most prolific electronic artists, while also maintaining his career as a producer, DJ, and live artist. His work under the alias Crazy White Boy sold millions of copies and pioneered a new direction in South African electronic music. Refusing to rest on his laurels, Ryan went on to reinvent himself as an underground icon, releasing music on internationally renowned labels which includes Defected, Get Physical, Stil Vor talent and Purified. He has remixed music for a diverse range of artists such as Lane 8, Super Flu, and Paul Kalkbrenner to name a few, as well as sharing the stage with Black Coffee, Satori, Seth Troxler, Nora en Pure, and Stefan Bodzin.
