2. How to Request a Refund
2.1. Physical Products

3. Refund Process

Return the item to the address provided by our customer support. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund.
3.2. Digital Products or Services
Refunds for digital products or services will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase.
3.3. Payment Processing
Refunds will be processed back to your card via PayFast within 48 hours of the dispute being closed. If, for some reason, the refund cannot be processed through PayFast, an EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) will be made to your account.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are non-refundable, including:
- Downloadable software or digital content after it has been accessed or downloaded.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
